The Titlis brand QTZ500 (T8030/25) tower crane is the latest development of Hongda Group Company. It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation technology and meets GB/T5031<
1) Advanced performance parameters, large lifting torque, high lifting height, large working range, wide working space and high use efficiency.
2) The whole machine is beautiful in appearance, lightweight in steel structure, excellent in material selection and pre-processed by shaping shot peening and rust prevention; the standard section adopts mold assembly welding and cutting processing, which has good interchangeability; the boom has variable cross-section and light weight , The wind resistance is small; the top of the tower is forward-leaning, and the force is simple; it is connected by pin shafts and high-strength bolts, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly; the side-mounted cab has a wide field of vision. The driver's seat can be adjusted freely according to the needs of the human body, and the operation is comfortable.
3) The machine has fixed and attached work types, which can meet the needs of urban high-rise buildings, industrial plants, power station dams, bridges and other construction needs.
4) The hoisting mechanism adopts frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which can obtain the ideal hoisting speed and slow loading of the load. The slewing mechanism adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation technology, which works smoothly and accurately.
5) The electronic control system adopts the international general type, and the low-voltage electrical appliances adopt imported electrical components, modular combination, and rail-mounted installation. It is operated by two cross-type master controllers and button switches concentrated in the driver's cab. The whole electrical control cabinet is universal for 380V-440V (50Hz-60Hz) power supply. (Individual parts need to be adjusted according to power requirements)
6) Various safety devices are complete, equipped with torque, weight, amplitude, and height monitoring functions, as well as alarm and self-locking functions.
