Description

The 2HZS60A concrete mixing plant is a small combined product in the Hongda Group mixing plant series. It is a semi-automatic concrete mixing set of equipment composed of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and steel structure components. It is suitable for small-scale construction sites, precast parts factories and commercial concrete production plants. Its main features are as follows:

It adopts combined structure and modular unit, which is very convenient for installation and relocation.

The mixing host and aggregate lifting adopt 2 sets of JS500 type double-shaft forced concrete mixer combination, and the mixer can be used to receive the material below, which has good mixing quality and high efficiency.

The aggregate batching adopts a PLD1200B batching machine with accurate measurement and high production efficiency.

The powder is measured by an electronic scale, with high dosing accuracy.

The water is measured by flow rate, which is simple and practical, and the batching precision is high.
