1. The theoretical output is the yield under standard working conditions ( standard atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature of 20℃, cold aggregate moisture content of 5%, hot aggregate temperature of 160℃, cycle time 5 seconds, finished material of medium size).
2. The above parameters are free of accessories (30T asphalt tank / heavy oil tank, 50T asphalt tank / heavy oil tank, 50T bottom-type ready mixture silo, 100T bottom-type ready mixture silo). If there are any changes, the actual products shall prevail.
Brief introduction to equipment structure and working principle
1、 Introduction to equipment structure
The whole set of equipment is divided into ten functional units and five mobile units according to functional requirements. The functional units are: cold material batching, cold material conveying, cold material drying, oil combustion, heat transfer oil heating, asphalt storage and distribution, powder recovery and distribution, asphalt mixture mixing, exhaust and dust removal and electrical control. The mobile units are: drying drum unit, asphalt tank unit, mixing layer unit, vibrating screen unit of hot aggregate bin and batching station unit. The structure of each functional unit is briefly described as follows:
1. Cold material batching
There are four hoppers for cold material batching, and a screen is set at the feed inlet to prevent oversized materials from entering the hopper. The lower part of each hopper is provided with a variable frequency speed regulating feeding belt, which integrates material bearing and feeding. It is driven by a variable frequency speed regulating motor. An aggregate conveying belt is installed under the feeding belt, which is driven by an electric roller to send the prepared cold aggregate to the cold aggregate belt conveyor. Each hopper is equipped with material flow detection device and no material alarm lamp system.
2. Cold material belt conveyor
Cold aggregate belt conveyor is composed of belt, frame, electric roller, etc. the frame adopts integral honing type.
3. Cold material drying drum
The drying drum is driven by chain and equipped with blades with special structure, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency of the drum. A thermometer is set at the end of the discharge port to detect the aggregate temperature. The machine is composed of drum body, frame, driving device, etc.
4. Oil burner
Freida frd-550chpb high efficiency and durable burner matched with asphalt mixing equipment shall be selected. It is composed of burner body, blower, oil supply system (gas ignition and gas supply system provided by the user), electric control part, etc.
5. Heat transfer oil heating furnace
The 30x104kcal / h heat transfer oil heating furnace is an independent, fully automatic / manual controlled heat transfer oil heating system, which is composed of control part, burner, heating furnace, circulating oil pipeline, oil pump and heat transfer medium (provided by the user).
6. Asphalt supply system
The asphalt supply is designed as a 45t asphalt tank. The asphalt pipe is connected as a whole. It can complete many functions such as asphalt storage, heating, thermal insulation, circulation, input and output.
7. Powder recycling, storage and distribution
The system consists of primary and secondary storage rooms of dust collector. It can complete the whole process of storage and transportation to powder metering hopper. The primary storage room of the dust collector is connected with the hot material elevator, and the secondary storage room of the dust collector transmits the powder to the main building through the screw conveyor
8. Asphalt mixture mixing plant
The mixing plant is composed of hot aggregate elevator, hot aggregate screening machine, hot aggregate storage bin, metering mixing assembly, support legs, etc. The hot aggregate elevator is a vertical bucket elevator; The hot aggregate screening is a three-layer half screen structure driven by a single shaft motor; The hot aggregate storage bin is divided into four bins according to the size of aggregate, and the discharge volume is controlled by microcomputer respectively; The metering method adopts the American force transmission pressure sensor for weighing and metering, the asphalt is forcibly sprayed by the pump, and the mixer is a double shaft horizontal mixing structure.
9. Exhaust and dust removal system
The exhaust and dust removal system is composed of primary inertial dust collector, secondary bag dust collector, powder return screw conveyor, air duct and exhaust fan. The large particle dust from the primary dedusting is transported to the inlet of the hot aggregate elevator of the mixing building by the powder return lock pipe, while the dust recovered from the secondary dedusting is transported to the main building by the powder return screw for weighing and mixing.
10. Electrical control system
The electrical control system is divided into two parts: control part and control room. The control part cooperates with relevant mechanical parts to realize the whole process of power distribution, electric drive, parameter setting, production management and automatic control. All components used for control, except the heat conducting oil heating furnace, are centrally arranged in the control room. The control room is equipped with high-capacity air conditioning and large-area glass windows. The human and machine environment is comfortable and the vision is wide.
Introduction to working principle
The whole machine includes main functional systems such as cold material proportioning and transportation, heating and drying, asphalt supply, powder supply, metering and mixing, exhaust and dust removal, and its process flow principle is shown in Figure 1-1:

That is, the sand and stone materials of different specifications are loaded into the cold material batching machine warehouse with a loader, and then fall onto the aggregate belt after being measured by the variable frequency speed regulation volume of the feeding belt according to the set value; It is transported to the drying drum by the cold material belt conveyor. The sand and gravel are dried and heated to a certain temperature by countercurrent heating. After comparing with the set temperature, the microcomputer will automatically adjust the flame intensity of the burner. The heated aggregate, together with the dust collected by the primary dust removal, is lifted by the hot aggregate elevator and sent to the hot aggregate screening machine. The aggregate is divided into four specifications and stored in four hot material storage bins. According to the set proportion, the aggregates of four specifications are put into the aggregate metering bin in batches in a certain order for cumulative weighing; At the same time, the hot asphalt sent by the asphalt supply system and the powder sent by the powder supply system are also weighed and measured according to the set ratio. After the three materials are weighed, they are put into the mixing pot for forced mixing in a certain order. The mixed finished material is directly pulled away by the car.
In addition, the high-temperature dusty flue gas discharged from the drying drum first enters the dust collector for preliminary purification after settling in the drum smoke box, and the collected dust is sent to the inlet of the hot aggregate elevator; Then the dusty flue gas enters the bag filter, and the purified flue gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere. The dust recovered by the bag filter is transported to the main building by the screw conveyor for mixing and weighing.
The control microcomputer of the control system controls the material ratio, asphalt content, mixture temperature and other important parameters by relying on the signals detected by each sensor to ensure that the quality of the produced mixture meets the user's requirements. In addition, in the whole process, the electric control system is also equipped with interlocking protection device to prevent the equipment from being damaged by accidental shutdown.
